Two-Pack of large-size, clear/natural, right-ear, open-ear inserts. For use with all EarHugger® T-Series™ earpieces, headsets, and throat microphones as well as other manufacturers’ acoustic tube earpieces.
The Open Ear Insert does not block your ear canal allowing you to hear both the audio coming in over your earpiece and the noises around you. The Open Ear Insert is available in multiples sizes, fits, and colors to fit most any ear. The Open Ear Insert works with all EarHugger™ T-Series eartube earpieces, headsets and the Throat Microphone. In addition, the Open Ear Insert is compatible with most other brands of acoustic tube audio accessories for two way radios.
EarHugger® clear/natural open ear inserts are approximately as soft as silicone (Shore 30A, soft). EarHugger® Black open ear inserts are approximately as soft as a pencil eraser (Shore 50A, medium-soft). Both are molded from EarHugger’s proprietary TPE / Silicone blend developed over 30 years to provide all-day comfort and extended durability.
Not sure what size to buy? The Medium size ear insert is designed to fit approximately 80% of the population. If it’s too large, size down to small. If it’s too small, size up to large. Purchase with no risk as we’ll exchange any open ear insert for the correct size within 30 days of purchase at no cost to you.
The Open Ear Insert is placed in your left or right ear. The acoustic tube connects the open ear insert to your earpiece speaker.
The Open Ear Insert can be worn with the flexible EarHugger™ earframe for added stability and support.
