Description

The Ear-Bone Microphone combines a bone conduction microphone and in-ear speaker into a single earpiece that fits comfortably in your ear.  The bone conduction microphone converts sound waves into audible transmissions and does not interfere with your gas mask, shroud or helmet.  The earpiece delivers your radio’s speaker output into your ear for clear and private radio reception.  EarHugger’s patented design features an elliptical earpiece with a soft cushion that rotates to make optimal contact in any size ear. The Ear-Bone Mic is ideal for surveillance, SWAT, military and tactical use.

Recomended For All SRO's.

This equipment is worn daily by a SRO. Radio traffic prior to the Ear-Bone was distracting to the students and faculty and also exposed students to radio traffic, they did not necessarily need to hear. Works great and easy to deploy.

Used for a week

So far, I have loved it, I was in a windy area, came thru nice and clear, didn’t have to talk into a mic which made “keeping my head on a swivel” easier for LE duties

Great product, works as advertised.

I love how the microphone doesn’t pick up a lot of background noise. Depending on what you’re doing you may get feedback but for normal use it works great!

Solid Earpiece

I like the simplicity of the design. The transmission can be muffled sometimes. The earpiece does receive very good.

No need for an external microphone

The Ear Bone microphone eliminated the need for an external microphone. Less wires to conceal. Receive audio was excellent. Transmit audio was reported as very slightly muffled but very readable. Very comfortable.
