The Ear Bone Microphone offers an Auxiliary push to talk (PTT) port. Connect the remote PTT (sold separately) to the Aux PTT port on the main PTT. The cable is run inside or outside your clothing depending on your preference.
The Ear Bone Microphone is worn in your ear. It can be worn with the over-ear frame for added stability, or without the over-ear frame, with the cable dangling from the earpiece. Clip the PTT button to the center of your shirt or other convenient location. The cable is run inside or outside your shirt depending on your preference.

I suffer from Tinitus and Noise Induced Hearing Loss. As such, lower quality earpieces good for everybody else in everyday use are inadequate for my needs. This device works great for my needs. Only thing that would make it better would be a more skin...
This unit fits perfectly left or right application.
This has been a lot more comfortable than the earpieces I usually receive at work, and it blocks a lot less sound. The only problem that I've been experiencing is that if I don't keep it exactly where it's supposed to be in my ear, others...
So far, I have loved it, I was in a windy area, came thru nice and clear, didn’t have to talk into a mic which made “keeping my head on a swivel” easier for LE duties
I love how the microphone doesn’t pick up a lot of background noise. Depending on what you’re doing you may get feedback but for normal use it works great!
I like the simplicity of the design. The transmission can be muffled sometimes. The earpiece does receive very good.
The Ear Bone microphone eliminated the need for an external microphone. Less wires to conceal. Receive audio was excellent. Transmit audio was reported as very slightly muffled but very readable. Very comfortable.
