The female Nexus headset connector (1039) is a 7mm receiver with civilian wiring for use with all headsets, audio accessories, and other devices with a Nexus headset plug with non-military wiring (including Peltor) .
The female Nexus headset plug with civilian wiring is a 4 position, 7mm receiver supporting mono headphone output and mono microphone input. The connector is also available as a Male Nexus connector (see connector 1038). The Nexus receiver is compatible with all audio devices that support the standard civilian Nexus headset connection standard for audio input and output.
